Extract the files into the USB Flash Drive in the folder (WEPES).
Then put your usb drive into the ps4 console.
Then Open PES 2018, go to Settings – Edit – (IMPORT/EXPORT). (Internet required).
After that Go to the Import Team, complete the quick tutorial (if required).
Remember that you have to remove all of your old game files. (IMAGES, TEAMS, STADIUMS, MANAGERS PHOTO, ETC)
Then Import all TEDs Files.
